What’s included in my ticket?

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Printed or mobile tickets are acceptable. However, please make sure that each person in your party or group has their own ticket in hand in advance of the event. This is ESSENTIAL to helping us get everyone in as quickly and as smoothly as possible.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

Yes.

Can I transfer my ticket purchase for Saturday July 15th to Sunday July 16th, or vice versa?

No. All ticket sales are final. We strongly suggest you purchase a Weekend Warrior package or waiting until the individual day lineups are announced.

My ticket was not purchased via this site or Eventbrite, will it still get me in to the festival?

Please do NOT purchase tickets for this event via any third party vendors. To ensure your ticket is 100% authentic and guarantee entry, we encourage you to purchase all tickets for this event directly from our ticketing partner (Eventbrite) or thegreatestdayever.com. If you purchase your tickets for this event anywhere else, you do at your own risk. We are not responsible for tickets not purchased directly from our ticketing partner.

Will there be parking available?

We will not have a designated parking area available on site but there should be ample street parking available in the area.

Will the venue be wheelchair accessible?

Yes.

Will the lineup be the same on both days?

No, lineups will vary daily. We will announce lineups for both July 15th and July 16th soon.  Sign up to our newsletter and follow us on social media to stay informed. You can find social buttons with links to our profiles at the very bottom of this page.

Will set times be posted in advance?

Yes. Set times will be posted on this site and social media pages in the days prior to the festival.

Do I have to pay to get on rides?

Nope! Rides are free all weekend long

What is the refund policy?

NO REFUNDS AT ALL UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Rain or Shine, the event will happen. Artist lineup subject to change.

What if it rains?

The Greatest Day Ever! Festival is a rain or shine event.  Please bring your rain boots, ponchos or other rain wear in the case of inclement weather.

Will there be food available?

Yes! We’ll have yummy options available for purchase.

Will there be vegetarian / vegan food offered? Kosher? Gluten Free?

Yes! Don’t worry!

Is the event open bar?

No. Alcoholic/Non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.  You must be 21+ to buy/consume alcoholic beverages. Please bring a valid state issued photo ID or passport to obtain your 21+ wristband at the event for alcoholic beverages.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

This is an 18+ event. Proper state photo ID displaying birth date is required. Any ticket holder unable to present valid photo identification (state issued ID or passport) will not be admitted to this event nor refunded.

Is re-entry permitted?

No. All exits are final.

Can I bring my pet or children?

No. Sorry.

Is there a dress code for The Greatest Day Ever?

No. But remember to check the forecast before attending to make sure you’re dressed comfortably for the daily weather conditions. This event is in July so please remember to hydrate along with wearing breathable fabrics.

May I handout flyers for my event at The Greatest Day Ever?

No you may not.

I'm a photographer interested in shooting at this event. Where can I obtain a pass?

Detachable lens cameras are not allowed at this event without proper credentials. To apply for a press/media pass, please email info@thegreatestdayever.com

I am a vendor interested in selling my food / product on site. Who do I contact?

Please email info@thegreatestdayever.com for consideration to be featured on site at the event.

Can I perform at The Greatest Day Ever?

We appreciate the interest in performing at our event. Unfortunately, there are no open slots for The Greatest Day Ever! 2017. But feel free to send us a mix at info@thegreatestdayever.com for future consideration on any of our upcoming events.

What am I NOT allowed to bring to The Greatest Day Ever?

  • Weapons (guns, knives, or any weapons)
  • Large backpacks, book bags or non-transparent bags over hand size (any bag that is not clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and over 12”x6”x12” in size will not be allowed)
  • Food and drink (other than a single recyclable water container)
  • Alcohol
  • Illegal substances of any kind
  • Umbrellas (rain or beach)
  • Coolers or picnic baskets
  • Lawn chairs
  • Lasers
  • Pets (service dogs will be permitted)
  • Scooters or personalized motorized vehicles (that includes hoverboards)
  • Detachable lens cameras
  • Audio recording equipment
  • Video recording equipment
  • Remote controlled vehicles or aircraft, including drones
  • No unauthorized vendors will be permitted
  • No solicitations, handbills, sampling, giveaways, etc.
  • Camelbacks are not allowed, however, there will be free water distributed at different points in the day in areas of the event.
